We would like to congratulate our CEO, Tuhina for winning this prestigious award and the tremendous honour it brings to the company. Being selected as one of the Top 10 FinTech leaders was no mean feat.

The SFF Global Fintech Awards 2021, supported by PwC Singapore, Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Singapore FinTech Association (SFA) was the highlight of this year’s Singapore FinTech Festival. The awards recognises ground-breaking solutions that have enabled the financial sector to rebound from the impact of the pandemic, including initiatives that have helped create new growth opportunities, transform industry practices, and promote financial inclusion.

Tuhina has faced many challenges on her way to here, but each one of them has only strengthened her to become the person she is today; a thorough professional who knows exactly what she wants; someone who sets her eyes on a goal and does not lose sight of it, unless it is achieved.

Her leadership and management approaches are a combination of both affiliative and democratic styles. At the helm, she has always said that people must come first and we should pay attention to and support not just the physical but emotional needs of both our internal and external stakeholders.
